What is online computer support?
Online computer support, also known as remote support, allows us to securely connect to your PC and fix all your problems via the internet. This service is great because it allows you to have all your computer problems fixed without even leaving your house. We use a screen sharing software which allows one of our certified professionals to help you with your PC as if he or she was actually there. Another great benefit of using our remote support service is that you get to speak with the technician while the work is being completed right in front of your eyes. |

How can you connect to my home

Our software takes advantage of unique network operations
to connect to your computer. Our system
was designed by professionals with over 13 years of network
security experience. When we connect
to your computer, there is absolutely no risk or harm. In fact,
when you are finished with our service just
deleting our icon removes any indication we were there. |

Do I have to download and install special software for your service?
Our software is very small (470K- less than one megabyte)
and requires no installation or un-installation. When you are
finished with our service, deleting our icon removes any indication
or trace that we were there. |

How long does this take?
Our training sessions are structured in 30 minute intervals. However, with our remote computer repair calls, the duration of each call will vary because each customer has different problems and each job is different. No matter how long it takes to fix your computer problem, you will pay the same flat rate. The average tech call is about 45 minutes; however, on occasion these calls may take as long as two hours. With more complex issues, which can be time consuming, the customer may wish to disconnect from the phone conversation as the technician finishes the work. |

Can you get on my computer any time?
No, our technicians are not able to initiate a connection to your computer. Our screen sharing software is designed so that you are the one who initiates the connection. Once you download the small application required for screen sharing, you have to initiate the connection. Once you close the connection, it is impossible for a technician to reconnect to your computer. The small program may be deleted after your session has ended if you wish. |

Is this safe?
Absolutely. The connection that your computer will initiate with our technician’s computer will be encrypted. There is no way for any third party to view the connection data or access your computer. Our service is also very discreet, you watch us as we work, so there is absolutely no risk of data loss or theft.
